RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns and exchanges due to sizing issues, or just simply not loving how your order looks on you, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@houseofhadiyah.com or direct message us on Instagram (@houseofhadiyah).
If you notice a partial refund after your order was placed that just means that one or more of your items have sold out since your order was processed. The rest of your order is on its way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock garments.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Returning your item is easy!
1. Contact us immediately after receiving your unwanted order to start the return process
2. Print your confirmation page
3. Pack the items in the original packaging
4. E-mail us for the return address or we will provide a complimentary return label if you're eligible for a free return
5. We must receive the unwanted item/s within 10 days of your delivery.
Q: Will my refund be affected if I use a coupon in my order?
A: Orders placed with coupons codes cannot be refunded. You will only be given store credit, exchange or a gift card on the sale item. You will be provided with a free return label.
Refunds can take 1 - 2 weeks for the amount to post to your account, depending on your banking institution. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns otherwise you will receive store credit in place of your refund.
*All of our garments are closely inspected before shipment. Garments that are worn or damaged in any way; perfume, stains, soiled, tags removed, body glitter, body lotion, spray tanning/ tanning creams, torn, broken zippers, broken chains, etc. is not eligible for return or refund.
