How do I track my order?
Upon placing your order please allow up tp 4 business days to receive your tracking details.

At House of Hadiyah we understand how challenging online shopping can be. We want every customer to love how they look and feel in what ever it is they purchase from our boutique.
We issue refunds and store credit for exchanges.
So shop with no regrets!
Exchanges due to sizing issues or just simply not loving how your order looks on you, please contact us as soon as possible via email at or direct message us on Instagram (@houseofhadiyah).
How do I return an item?
Returning your item is easy!
1. Contact us immediately after receiving your unwanted order to start the return process
2. Print your confirmation page
3. Pack the items in the original packaging
4. E-mail us for the return address
5. We must receive the unwanted item/s within 5 days of you requesting a return.
If you notice a partial refund after your order was placed that just means that one or more of your items have sold out since your order was processed. The rest of your order is on its way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock garments minus any discount codes used on the order.
* All of our garments are closely inspected before shipment. Garments that are worn or damaged in any way; perfume, stains, soiled, tags removed, body glitter, body lotion, spray tanning/ tanning creams, torn, broken zippers, broken chains, etc. We unfortunately will not refund you. You must request to return the garment within 5 days of receiving your order. Shipping cost will not be refunded if your order was received within 5-7 business days as promised. There is a $7 restocking fee. Refunds can take up to 10 -15 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an online E-gift card to purchase your order, your funds will be refunded back to your E-Gift Card. Please reuse your E-Gift Card on your next purchase. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
